At EVOQUE CARES LLC, we are committed to delivering your beauty 
and skincare products quickly and transparently. Please review 
the following policy before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 
excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation 
email with tracking information once your order ships.

FULFILLMENT
Most orders ship from our United States fulfillment partner. 
A small portion of our catalog ships from our overseas 
fulfillment partner, which may require additional transit time. 
Any applicable extended transit will be reflected at checkout 
and in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

United States: 3–15 business days after dispatch (most orders 
arrive within 3–7 business days)

International: 10–28 business days after dispatch, depending on 
destination and customs processing. We currently ship to:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, 
France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, 
Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, 
Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, 
and the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping (USA): $5.99
- Standard International Shipping: $8.99
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (all eligible countries)

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please 
allow 1–3 business days for tracking to begin updating after 
dispatch.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address 
changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your 
order by emailing care@evoquecares.com. We are not responsible 
for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses 
provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused 
delivery, or failure to collect from the local post office 
within the carrier's holding window, the customer is 
responsible for reshipment costs.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import 
taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. 
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are 
not included in our shipping fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not been delivered within the estimated 
time frame and tracking shows no recent updates, please contact 
us at care@evoquecares.com. We will investigate with our 
carrier and resolve the issue in line with our Refund & 
Return Policy.
